The exit ramp from eastbound Highway 212 will remain closed tentatively through Monday, Oct. 26. The closure for this ramp is due to a large diameter storm pipe being installed under the ramp.
The second half of the bridge deck is scheduled to be poured on Friday, Oct. 9 beginning at 9 p.m.
This will result in the following traffic control changes:
..Shady Oak Road between the eastbound and westbound Highway 212 ramps will be closed to traffic beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9 and will remain closed through 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12 to allow for concrete bridge deck curing.
..Traffic will be detoured on Flying Cloud Drive, Valley View Road and Bryant Lake Drive.
..Eastbound Highway 212 will be closed between Valley View Road and Shady Oak Road from approximately 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9 through 3 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Eastbound Highway 212 will be detoured to northbound Highway 494 and eastbound Highway 62.
..Westbound Highway 212 at Shady Oak Road will be detoured to the Shady Oak Road exit/entrance ramps. Access to Shady Oak Road west of Highway 212 will be maintained. This detour will be in place from approximately 12 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10 through 6 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10.
..Temporary lane closures are anticipated on Highway 212 to facilitate bridge construction. Lane closures for westbound Highway 212 may occur between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. Lane closures for eastbound Highway 212 may occur between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
